My story
Sue is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families. Sue is currently fostered in Bradenton, FL (Manatee County). Sue is a delightful little girl, under 30 pounds, who would love her own people! She is snuggly, cuddly, loves to play with toys, and could easily be a performance dog. Great dog for hiking, jogging partner, disc, agility. We are starting her in scentwork and are working on some obedience manners with her. Very smart little girl! She can be a bit independent in the yard and keeps herself busy. Not a needy girl, but would definitely be your partner. Housetrained, crate trained. Does well on lead. Good in the car. She is a lizard chaser, but her favorite is just being with you on the bed. Great with other dogs, she would do best matched up with another fairly active, playful dog. This girl is a real gem! Sue is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm-free. We are a foster-based rescue organization with foster homes throughout the state of Florida. We predominantly save dogs from municipal shelters throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our rescue dogs live in foster homes - there is no central facility.
